14-day returns

We want you to love your Wooden Heirloom jewelry box. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Contact us with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, we'll cover the cost of the return.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if anything is wrong, with a few photos of the item and packaging, so we can make it right with a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.
