14-Day Returns

We want you to love your Wooden Heirloom jewelry box. If you are not completely happy, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
You will need your order number or proof of purchase.

Because each box is handmade from natural wood, small variations in grain and color are part of its character and are not considered defects.

How to start a return

Email us at amzandrush@gmail.com or call +374 93 813 900 with your order number. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or was not the item you ordered.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will send a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
