Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within the US.

Processing time

Orders ship from our US warehouse within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by the carrier, weather or peak holiday periods.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us right away; once an order has shipped we may not be able to change the address.

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, or if it arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we will help resolve it.
